The Community Social Services Matter campaign is a joint initiative of all the unions in the Community Social Services Bargaining Association.

All unions certified by the BC Labour Relations Board to represent workers in the community social services bargaining unit are members of the CSS Union Bargaining Association.

The Community Services Labour Relations Act established the CSSBA in June 2003.
